Boy, have I been sitting on a secret these last few months !!

Well, let me ask you: "Have you ever seen sales of a product in an established conventional business grow by 272 % in ONE MONTH??" YEP, you read that correctly ... two HUNDRED and seventy-two percent in one month!!
"Is that even possible?", you may ask.
The answer is YES ... and it just happened to my personal UriLife sales team, which I have developed over the past 14 months under the direction of Sales and Marketing genius Brett Rademacher to promote the sales of the revolutionary nutritional products The Feast, Beyond Berries and The Feast Supercharged ...
"HOW COULD YOU STAND IT, having to suppress this much excitement these last two months?", I hear you cry.
Even Brett Rademacher could not have dreamt in his wildest imaginations that AUSTRALIA would be the FIRST country for Uri's international expansion outside of Canada. Australia has a reputation of being somewhat tough for introducing new food products. He had warned me not to get too excited and stay focused on other worth while business leads closer to home as he expected that opening up Australia could still be at least a year off, suggesting that all the while I "nurture" any enquiries that could arise from Australia.
Well, let me share with you what I believe is a Divine Convergence of events that can literally change things overnight and make "the impossible" a present-day reality.
First, the guy who enquired with me about URI was not just anybody. Paul was a man who was desperate for better nutrition. Due to a series of events that had led to 8+ years of suffering in his family life, he and his wife were "worn out" both physically, emotionally and financially. He believed that better nutrition could help him and his family get their lives to where they would be brought back to balance, to where they could recover from the gruelling stresses they had endured, to where they could sleep again peacefully.
Secondly, he believed that by working the URI business opportunity he could financially recover what had been lost over the years through both immediate payout bonuses as well as long term residual income. He could also see the Uri International Compensation Plan was not just incredibly fair and thorough in always paying out a true 50% but also geared to maximum Team Building advantage; something that will in turn richly reward the sponsor for a lifetime with 20% matching bonuses on income that the team members earn.
Now, since the company was not immediately set up for direct shipping to Australia I agreed to ship product to Paul and his wife from my house and to provide personal training for him in the URI business. This came at much additional cost to him by way of extra shipping costs, extra sales taxes, longer delays in receiving product, bridging the time differences between the USA and Australia to get trained up etc etc. ... but as they say, "A DESPERATE MAN IS WILLING TO TAKE DESPERATE MEASURES".

Very few Network marketers EVER get to see this in their lifetime as most companies ship directly to the end user these days, but when it all arrives on YOUR doorstep you get to see what a LARGE DOWNLINE actually looks like. Pretty soon every room in my house was consumed with boxes stacked to the ceiling and shipping to Australia and New Zealand took on a full-time occupation !
All that time I was managing EVERYTHING that URI would normally do for these clients out of their offices, including full customer service and distributor training.
Then came our first shipment to a THIRD country which I cannot officially mention right now, but let me tell you when we get it officially on-line ... WATCH OUT !!!
Clearly, this growth could not have been sustained by our family indefinitely but it so happened that in parallel but independent of this quiet "explosion" that was happening in Australia, the URI corporate people had agreed to hire Ben Tyler as the new VP for Marketing. A couple of desperate true believers (Paul, Bob, Josepha, Marion, Brenda, Marie and their teams) combine with an ex-Aussie (Yours Truly!) willing to work hard ("Git 'er Done" is what they say here in North Carolina!) in the right place at the right time and are given the help and support just when sales reached "boiling pot" levels.
Much of the secret in the growth of the Australian Uri International team was their "No Holds Barred" approach.
