BREAKING NEWS: 100th Distributor just joined my URI Sales team - I'm glad I joined Brett Rademacher's UriLife group !!

Hi ! ... and Welcome to My Uri International Business Blog, where today I celebrated the 100th distributor added to my sales team!!

Congratulations and welcome to Sally Mendoza who was sponsored into the business by Sylvia Jovillar. Well done ladies, and welcome to the team !

What better event to begin my blog with, right? I joined Uri Inernational on March 26, 2007 and this is the FIRST Network Marketing business that I have ever joined ... but thanks to Brett Rademacher 's incredible training that he provides through his UriLife sales and marketing group I have gone from being a complete novice in MLM to having made it to a Manager position (3rd level compensation level) by August of this year with TODAY the 100th person joining my own sales team.

The best thing about Network Marketing is that exponential sales growth begins to take place when EVERYONE contributes a little bit of effort and each one learns from one another how to get better at what you do AND to duplicate your efforts.

3. I want to encourage anyone who is relatively new to the business that YOU CAN DO THIS TOO!! When I started back in March it was a season when, as a family, we faced hard challenges on many fronts. A new business could potentially have added to the weight of challenges we were faced with. I could have had a "glass half empty" point of view of the prospects for this new business, BUT I realized that the basic fundamentals of this business were unlike any I had ever encountered all at once: ...

Every business takes work and the harder you work the more rewards you should get. That may not always happen if you work a job as an employee for someone else but when you work for yourself you should expect this to happen, right? This year I have experienced for the first time the fruit of leveraging my effort through the combined effort of all those I trained up who were FREE to go and train and develop those whom they recruited into THEIR OWN sales business. Yep, that's right ... NO MORE WAITING FOR THAT JOB PROMOTION ... This is YOUR OWN business !! You are not working for Harold Kamperman or Brett Rademacher ... You are working for God and for yourself but the efforts of others help add to your sales volume through referral based rewards that last forever [I will write more about this in a later blog], and you reap the rewards of being trained and training others.
